Neil Blair Extends Contract As SPST President

Leawood, KS – At its meeting on January 28, 2021, the Saint Paul School of Theology Board of Trustees voted unanimously to extend President Neil Blair’s contract to June 30, 2024. President Blair has accepted this contract extension. The board’s action comes at the conclusion of the four-year assessment of the President required by school policy. The Trustees appreciate how President Blair has led the institution from a time of insecurity to one of sound financial stability. The Trustees and President Blair are now committed to establishing a vision for the school to meet the challenges of theological education today and in the near future with the development of communication and management strategies commensurate with that task.

In response, President Blair recorded a message reflecting on Saint Paul’s accomplishments over the last few years.  In his address, President Blair also shares his views on pursuing our strategic plan and strengthening our vision for the Seminary’s standing in the years ahead.
